The Hotel's Breakfast Buffet

Anyway everyone got out of bed with a drag and a struggle. It was so nice to see how everyone reacted to the wonderful breakfast buffet. It had a fruit section with regional fruits and even vegetables to make your own individual salads complete with a variety of dressings. Then it had a hot section of food along with a bread section where one could get slices of different breads and have them toasted or get some fragrant honey from a real honey comb with was grown around a wire. I tasted a bit of the honey and it was like none I have ever tasted in my life; it was fragrant and floral in its taste it was like a bouquet of fresh flowers in your mouth. Along with the buffet was a cheese section that has Camembert and brie. The bacon and sausages were delicious and the eggs you could choose to get anyway you liked. My favorite egg quickly became the steamed eggs which were silky like a piece of creamy silk going down whether easily and effortlessly down one’s throat.
The The other surprising thing about the buffet is everyday they manage to have the standard dishes but in addition they add different
Thai dishes like chicken curry rice, fried rice, cow tong which is a lovely broken rice dish they serve with fish sauce and other condiments such as chilies and ginger. As you know I could talk about food all day but….
