So all i have to say is the Chef that demonstrated the fruit and vegetable carving for us was amazing. He showed us how to do carrot leaves, cucumber water lotus flowers, daikon roses and onion curls. He just made it look so easy and it was incredible how fast he could make some of them. After he showed us I got to try my hand at it and wow it wasn't easy. As i stated in an earlier post mine didn't turn out so well, and because of this I didn't keep any pictures of them. I can only imagine how many years of practice it has taken to get as good as our chef was. So i'll be working hard to hopefully get somewhere even close to what he is able to do.
