While we were in Bangkok, a group of us decided to try a, positively reviewed, restaurant called Cabbages and Condoms. Of course the name brought curiosity, but the food reviews were very high as well. The atmosphere was amazing and odd in the same. There were statues, lamps, center pieces and much more that were made of condoms. Large open Christmas-like lit areas made for an awesome atmosphere as well. Come to find out that this restaurant was created in part to promote better knowledge of family planning and safe sex. The food was very good, although not the best of all the restaurants we tried while on the trip, in my opinion. I would still recommend this as a must see though.. very interesting!
