Andrea-Day 3


Today was our first day of cooking class. It started with a trip to the fresh market. Then we went back to the school and made Phad Kee Maow Koong which is stir fried prawn with thai chili paste this was spicy also to spicy for me. We mad tom som salmon which is Ginger Soup with Salmon, even though i am not a fan of salmon this dish was good. We also made Paneang Nua which is Paneang curry with beef, this has so spice to it but it was so delicious. The forth dish we made was kai Hor Bai Toey which is Deep-fry chicken wrapped in pandanus leaves- Emeral Chicken, this was also so delicious and we dipped it in a seseame sauce.
